The group held a dinner in the Asian country to raise awareness of the benefits of lamb of European origin.

Luxury Lamb prepared last May 9 in Hong Kong a gourmet dinner at the prestigious restaurant The Optimist with the aim of enjoying the menu and sharing the evening with friends and customers.
The preparation of the dinner was designed by chefs Antonio Roig and Edgar.

This private dinner was attended by 30 attendees from companies related to the meat sector in Hong Kong. The guests tasted various dishes created with innovative recipes in which the lamb of European origin was the star ingredient and also the diners, were able to learn the benefits of lamb meat for the preparation of these dishes.
