From 9 to 11 October 2018 a showroom was held in Dubai at the Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Hotel, which has one of the most famous restaurants in Dubai.

The chef of the restaurant participated in the event, who had a great knowledge of the European sheep and goat product, preparing delicious recipes for the showroom. Parallel to the above, there was an opportunity to organize gastronomic days that served as enrichment of the program, as they were not planned before.

During the course of the showroom the assistants had opportunity to establish commercial relations with members of the interprofessional.
