On October 3, a showroom was held at the Ozone restaurant of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Hong Kong to celebrate the launch of “Luxury Lamb from Europe”, INTEROVIC’s new campaign to export European lamb and mutton.

The interprofessional opened the event, presenting and making known the lamb and mutton product of European origin to those present. All this was accompanied by a show cooking by chef Javier Robles, an expert in lamb and mutton and with the collaboration of the chef of the Ozone restaurant itself, Roberto Riveros.

Among the 30 attendees were chefs, distributors and prescribers from the Horeca channel in Dubai, who had the opportunity to establish commercial relations with INTEROVIC members during the course of the event.
