Last February 20th, Luxury Lamb from UE celebrated a presentation dinner destined to the main figures of the HORECA sector in the United Arabic Emirates. The lamb was the protagonist of the evening.
The dinner, held in the United Arabic Emirates, brought together important chefs, distributors, importers and prescribers of the sector to let them know the characteristics and benefits of European lamb.
During the dinner, which took place in the Spanish restaurant El Sur in Dubai, the guests were able to enjoy a complete menu where the European lamb was the protagonist of all the recipes. Daniel Pérez Delgado, chef of the restaurant, was in charge of preparing the menu. Attendees were able to try delicious recipes such as Andalusí lamb hamburger, leg of lamb with foie, El Sur lamb rice, lamb ribs in pickled sauce and lamb shoulder with piquillo peppers and soufflé potato.
Luxury Lamb enjoyed a unique evening in the Asian country where all the characteristics and flavours of the European lamb were shown.
