On September 9, Luxury Lamb from EU held a dinner-showroom attended by prestigious chefs such as Fernando del Cerro and David Montero, attended by the main players in the Emirati lamb market.

After the presentation of the event by Beatriz Casares, the chefs made different tapas live in which European lamb was the main ingredient.

All attendees were able to taste the different preparations and check the taste and quality of the meat.
