Family business run by the third generation, Enrique and Mario. They, who grew up living the business from within, thanks to his studies and experience have developed new business lines, adapted to different markets.
We have a wide range of products: sheep, lamb, milk-fed lamb and goat. We work from classic to modern cuts, and a wide range of derivative products and prepared dishes. We monitor all stages of the process, from integration, fattening, slaughter and commercialization in all formats: canal, cutting, packaging of fresh or frozen product and export of products to over 30 countries.
