On March 27, Interovic hosts an exclusive dinner for local chefs at the Steak House restaurant in Hong Kong’s iconic Grand Hyatt Hotel, one of the city’s most luxurious hotels.
The action was aimed at an exclusive group of 15 chefs with extensive experience in the haute cuisine markets, luxury hotels and restaurants of Macao and Hong Kong, with the presence of Anita Cheng, director of the Chefs Association of Hong Kong, is an association of international prestige.
An argument was made about the differential values of the product, as well as an explanation of the dishes to be tasted. The purpose of this action was the presentation of innovative cuts of Spanish grain lamb, included within the high standards of production, traceability and European food guarantees.
It was accompanied by a tasting organised by the restaurant’s head chef Fernando Gojan and chef Javier Robles, where it was possible to enjoy a cocktail reception, rib with bone and then a formal dinner where the attendees dined shoulder and boneless loin.
The result of the evening was satisfactory, obtaining the recognition and gratitude of the assistants, generating future commercial agreements.
