INTEROVIC, as a part of its internal market program, organized on October 27th a meeting with influential bloggers in the sector to present the new cuts of suckling lamb, lamb and kid meat.

Through the social network Facebook and its live tool, the whole world could watch the event celebration that took place in the famous restaurant “La Botica de Matapozuelos”. It was carried out by its chef, Miguel Ángel de la Cruz, who gave a showcooking to demonstrate the versatility of these cuts, which people were able to taste later on a tasting menu.

After that, they moved to a local farm to learn first-hand the trade of a shepherd and the environmental, social and economic benefits provided by this livestock.
