Luxury Lamb organized a VIP dinner at El Sur Restaurant for different importers, distributors, opinion prescribers and others responsible for the Emirati agri-food sector.
During the dinner a special menu was designed by chef Pascual Perona, the main chef of the restaurant El Sur. Our guests could taste the following dishes made with lamb:
Lamb with Manchego cheese.
Lamb with pil-pil cauliflower and mushroom soil.
- Main courses:
Lamb sandwich with roasted garlic cream.
Lamb neck terrine with pea cream and Manchego cheese foam.
Lamb shoulder with baked potatoes.
The result of the evening was very positive, since the recognition and widespread gratitude of the attendees was obtained, who had the opportunity to verify in first person the taste and quality that characterize our European lamb.
