From February 21 to 24, several tasting dinners were held at the Boca restaurant, located in Dubai

These dinners were made thanks to chefs with Michelin Stars such as Miguel Ángel de la Cruz and Ager Urigüen, who prepared different tapas and dishes in which the flavor and quality of the lamb could be tasted.

Those attending the event were able to see first-hand all the characteristics and benefits of European lamb through innovative and tasty recipes.
